SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Cyberclean.com does not ship outside the continental United States at this time. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO are not accepted.

Most orders will ship same day, however please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE: All orders that can ship UPS will be charged a shipping cost of $9.45.

WILL CALL: If you would like to pick up your order and save the shipping charges, you can visit our "Shipping Locations" page and view our warehouse locations and will call hours. When ordering, specify will call as the shipping method. We will send you an email letting you know when the order is availble for pickup, with intructions for pickup.

FREIGHT/LTL: Some items just cannot be shipped UPS. In the event your order contains items which cannot be shipped via UPS, we will contact you to let you know if there are additional shipping charges that will be incurred. Freight charges are typically in the range of $45-$65.

Please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order. A $10.00 re-route fee will be charged should you need to submit a different delivery address once a package has been sent. Some items may be overpacked, and some orders may arrive in separate boxes. Please verify that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable condition before signing for receipt. Cyberclean.com cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is damaged, or incomplete after you sign for receipt. Please note any discrepancies before signing for shipments.
