WILL CALL

If you would like to pick up your order and save the shipping charges, you can visit our "Shipping Locations" page and view our warehouse locations and will call hours. When ordering, specify will call as the shipping method. We will send you an email letting you know when the order is available for pickup, with instructions for pickup.

FREIGHT/LTL

Some items just cannot be shipped UPS. In the event your order contains items which cannot be shipped via UPS, we will contact you to let you know if there are additional shipping charges that will be incurred. Freight charges are typically in the range of $45-$65.

Cyberclean works hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please complete the form below, once received we will provide full return instructions via email.

CONDITIONS

Our returns policy covers manufacturers defects or damaged products. Returns or exchanges must be made and received within 15 days of purchase. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Some returned items may be charged up to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
